In January of 2003, I attended my first Jump Stretch 'rubber band' (actually latex) adult fitness class at the Jump Stretch Fitness Center in Youngstown, Ohio.  Since that time I have become a certified Flex Band instructor and I have as much or more enthusiasm today as I did back then..  I have had the pleasure of working with Dick Hartzell the inventor of this fine product and developer of such an array of  Flexibility, Conditioning, Strength and Rehab Programs that it is hard to keep track of them all.  I have traveled and worked with Dick at clinics, camps and trade shows from Chicago to Orlando... Atlanta, Baltimore, Columbus, Ohio, Morgantown, West Va., and many, many more.  Strength --- Would you believe a 925# bench press?  How about a bench press of 525# by a 165# power lifter.. Both train with the FlexBand.  Sprained ankle?  Up and running in less than an hour.. NO ICE..  NO R I C E..  It works.

I am a former United States Marine having served from July of 1962 to October of 1966.  I was honorably discharged as a Sgt. E-5.  I am a retired production supervisor from the General Motors Metal Fab. Plant in Lordstown, Ohio.  Since that time I had jumped from part time job to part time job tying to keep busy and looking for something I actually enjoyed doing.. I have found it.. Believe me when I say it is a: "Revolution in Flexibility, Strength, Conditioning, and Rehab Programs"

One proud moment.  Marine Corps Birthday Ball hosted by RS Cleveland, Ohio of the 4th Marine Recruiting District, 12Nov05.  Each table was in honor of a Medal of Honor recipient and my wife and I happened to be assigned to Cpl. Robert O'Malley  This indeed was an honor because I met Cpl. O'Malley 2 years ago when he was in Warren, Ohio for a veteran's day program and the Marine Corps Birthday.  Captain Douglas Jacobson  was  "B-1-6" CO when I served with the 6th marines in 1963-64.
