Class times are:

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday:   8:30am - 3:30pm - 4:45pm - 6:15

Tuesday and Thursday: By Appointment only.

Saturday: Orientation by appointment only.
(Call for appointment for orientation.)

Closed on Sunday.

This is a fully set-up Rubberband facility that opened on July 1st 2009. It contains the area's first cutting edge wall mounts and floor mount systems creating individual work stations to optimize workout performances for the best possible results.
